Earlier this week, the Arizona Supreme Court decided to enforce a law from long before any of us were born, before even our grandparents were born. Team, I am incredibly disappointed. Earlier this week, the Arizona Supreme Court decided to enforce a law from long before any of us were born, before even our grandparents were born. They are enforcing a near-total ban on abortion that was originally passed before Arizona was even a state, in 1864, during the Civil War. No exceptions for rape. No exceptions for incest. As a father, I am fearful for my daughter. As an Arizonan, I am fearful for the people of my state. And as an American, I am absolutely furious that this has come to pass. It was a dark day, but this is NOT over. We must do everything we can to make the protections provided by Roe v. Wade the law of the land again. I’m a Marine, and I’ll fight alone if I have to. But we’ll accomplish a lot more together. So please, if you’re looking for a way to channel your anger into action, consider supporting my campaign. [Split a donation between my campaign and the DSCC today and we will direct every dollar you send to us towards defeating Republicans like Kari Lake and Donald Trump in Arizona and defending our Senate majority. Any amount helps.]( If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will process immediately and be split between Ruben Gallego and the DSCC.
