{NAME}, in the middle of one of the most productive weeks the Senate has had during Joe Biden’s presidency, the Arizona GOP went and nominated one of the most extreme right-wing candidates in the country. Mark Kelly is in Washington helping make sure we bring inflation down. Reduce drug prices. Protect our climate. Bring microchip manufacturing home to reduce our dependence on foreign supply chains (and create jobs nationwide). Unemployment is down to its lowest rate in 50 years. They’re getting inflation under control. Gas prices are down over a dollar. And the Senate is working on a bipartisan bill to protect same-sex and interracial marriage. Senator Kelly has gotten it done in Washington by working with President Biden – and yes, with the few Republicans who are putting country over party – to deliver results. Not obstructing for partisan reasons. [If we want to continue the progress we’ve made we’ve got to keep Mark Kelly in the Senate. Can you split a contribution to help re-elect Mark and help me elect Democrats like him nationwide?]( Calling Blake Masters ultra-MAGA honestly doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface. He blamed gun violence on “Black people, frankly” and has been pushing the racist white replacement theory that the Buffalo mass shooter embraced. It gets worse. He opposed American involvement in World War II (seriously), quoting prominent Nazi Hermann Goering, and once wrote “I no longer believe that freedom and democracy are compatible.” I could go on, but one thing that has struck me this cycle is that the GOP is no longer keeping the quiet part quiet. They are saying it out loud. From Blake Masters’ admiration for Naziism to Rick Scott’s tax hike on all Americans making under $400k per year so they have “skin in the game” to Ron Johnson calling to eliminate Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid and instead have funding go for a vote every year. This is not alarmism. It’s repeating their exact words and their exact plans. This is why we have to hold the Senate, and why we have to fight like hell to hold the House. Neither is a pipedream. We are favored in the Senate, and we keep making gains in House polling. The choice is clear: either bipartisan investment in things like the CHIPS act and reducing inflation, or folks who say freedom and democracy are not compatible (and that’s one of his least inflammatory statements!) [We can do this. Pitch in to help Mark Kelly and beat Blake Masters now – and help elect Democrats like Mark nationwide.]( -Doug Paid for by Right Side of History PAC.
