One last campaign update before our FEC deadline tonight – {NAME}– Who would have ever imagined that the first quarter of 2020 would be as consequential as it has – we almost went to war with Iran, we saw only the third impeachment trial of a President in our history, and a worldwide health crisis has hit the United States harder than any other country on the planet, prompting Congress to pass the largest economic stimulus package the country has ever seen. To say that I have been busy the last few weeks is certainly an understatement, and there is so much more work to do. But I am very proud of the work that we have done, and continue to do, to deal with the pandemic and help the most people possible – in Alabama and across the country. While so much of my effort right now are concentrated on official duties, I still have to keep an eye toward the November election. Today was supposed to be the day that determined who my opponent was going to be in the fall. That run-off election has been postponed until July, which is the right thing to do to keep people safe. I know we will have to run our campaign in an unconventional way. I’m really excited about the plans my team is putting together to make sure we can reach voters while keeping everyone safe. So even though your focus right now is on your family and keeping safe, I’d like to ask you to remember we have an FEC deadline coming up tonight and your support really means a lot. Here is a link where you can go to help us meet our final goal of the quarter. Every little bit helps. Even a few dollars can help us reach dozens of voters. [( Your contributions are vitally important, but so are your suggestions regarding how we approach the fall campaign. If you have any questions, ideas, or concerns, please feel free to reply to this email or send me a message on social media. Louise and I always want to hear from you. We’ll get through this together. I really appreciate your support. Know that Louise’s and my thoughts are with you right now. Please stay safe – everyone. - Doug [Donate Here >>]( PAID FOR BY DOUG JONES FOR SENATE COMMITTEE PO Box 131025 Birmingham, AL 35213 This message was sent to: {EMAIL}.
