The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is committed to advancing equal employment opportunities for individuals with mental health conditions through its enforcement of Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act. In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, OFCCP is hosting a webinar on May 23, 2024, at 2 pm ET to provide information on Section 503 and its protections for individuals with mental health conditions. OFCCP will be joined by the Office of Disability Employment Policy who will highlight information and promising practices for creating mental health friendly workplaces.
