Instagram deactivated my account

So I woke up to Instagram letting me know they'd competely suspended my account. And yep, nothing wakes you up faster than thinking you've potentially lost years of progress. Without panicking too much, I showed Ella the email and we both had a resigned look on our faces as we read this... Immediately your brain goes to the worst place. What if I don't get it back and have to start again? What if I can't rebuild it? What if this keeps happening? And it got me thinking of how reliant we are on these platforms... For your music, you're reliant on the followers you build but then you're not able to get messages to them easily whenever you want as you're dealing with the algorithm. If you lost your socials overnight, could you keep going or would it destroy everything?
