"Miracle Messages started out as a way to use social media for social good — connecting people experiencing homelessness with their loved ones. Our process is simple. A person experiencing homelessness records a short video, audio, or text message to a loved one, often with the help of a volunteer or caseworker. Then, our global network of 1,200+ digital detectives attempt to deliver it. We now have grown in scale and sophistication, working with referral partners, libraries, police departments, and offering the tools for residents to make a difference in their local community. As our organization has grown, the concept, philosophy and values have stayed the same. We believe "the homeless" are not problems to be solved, they are people to be loved."  Q2: How can people get involved? "Every week, we're somewhere in San Francisco for service events.
