After 25 + years of marketing online, I can say that this is probably the best business model online... ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ After being in the online marketing game for over 25 years now, I've seen almost every online business model evolve. Everything from affiliate marketing, traffic arbitrage, email marketing, Amazon, Kindle books, ecommerce, selling products, selling services, etc. And most of these models are very dependant on external traffic sources to stay viable. A lot of traffic sources have changed and evolved over the last three decades since the Internet became mainstream, killing some of these online models. I've come down to one model that I believe trumps all other models in terms of time and ease. One model that has stood the test of time and I believe is a marketer's number one asset. Your email list. Because you have complete control of your email list and can reach your raving fans at anytime. No more stress worrying about Google SEO updates or paid traffic networks changing their rules (resulting in banned accounts). By building an email list overtime and eventually putting your raving fans (your email subscribers) into a recurring membership, you can easily build a six-figure or even seven-figure income. [Turn On Images] Many marketers have embraced this model and have been quite successful. For example, marketer Ben Settle sends out a daily email and promotes his $97/month physical newsletter at the end of each email. Marketer Justin Goff just started building his email list a few years ago and by sending out a daily email, he has now created a five-figure monthly income. At one point, Justin also had a monthly physical newsletter and was making over $50K from the newsletter alone each month. To be honest, I was stunned when he shut down his recurring physical newsletter to simplify his business. Not only has his income grown by selling stand-alone trainings each month, he has reduced his workload and literally spends just a few hours a day running his online business. Health marketer Mike Geary does over $10 million profit a year, with 90% of that as a direct result of email marketing. It's never too late to start building an email list and cultivating a relationship with that list. If I could go back all the way to 1997 when I first started online, the only model I would have focused on would be building email lists. You can promote your own product or service. Don't have your own product or service? No problem, there are many great quality programs in every conceivable niche that you could promote as an affiliate and generate a nice affiliate commission. But in my opinion, the best strategy is to promote your own recurring program or service and build a passive income that pays you every single month. There are also tons of affiliate programs that also pay recurring commissions (so you don't have to create your own). Many of my marketing friends still collect a five-figure affiliate paycheck each month from ClickFunnels from email promos they did years ago. Yes! It's possible to build an email list and making a solid income from just affiliate marketing. If you haven't started building your own email list, hit reply and let me know what's holding you back. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
