In Windows 10 Fall Creators Update you get a new icon on the taskbar: it is named People, and it looks like a symbol depicting two persons. If you click or tap on it, you see your contacts, if you have set up your Mail app. Otherwise, you see a window which says that it does not know much about your contacts and it suggests that you connect more apps.
