Late yesterday, Texas Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk suspended the FDA’s approval of mifepristone, an essential drug in medication abortion, setting up its instantaneous inaccessibility everywhere across the country in just 7 days -- even in states where voters have recently affirmed reproductive rights, such as Kansas and California.
