My name is Chris Winn, the new CEO of Design Bundles. I want to share with you what’s changing at Design Bundles and what’s absolutely not changing. But first, let me share a bit about my background. 👋 Hello Design Bundles Community! My name is Chris Winn, thenew CEO of Design Bundles. I want to share with you what’s changing at Design Bundles and what’s absolutely not changing. But first, let me share a bit about my background. [Chris photo] I have a family with two creative kids and a Bernese Mountain Dog named Ziggy; I’m an ultramarathon runner; and I’m slowly learning to make pizza. Before joining Design Bundles, I spent nearly a decade growing another design marketplace. My background is in product and engineering, and I care a lot about making sure customers, designers and our partners have a fantastic experience working with us. Design Bundles was founded in 2016 by Andy Croft and Alex France. They reached out last year to ask about joining and the answer for me was obvious. I care deeply about empowering people to do their best work. Marketplaces like ours can bring people together and inspire creativity. What hasn’t changed: Design Bundles continues to be independently owned and operated. Ownership has not changed. So then what is changing? For customers, we’re investing deeply in the product experience. Over time, you’ll see a better mix of products, improved search, a better mobile experience, and more flexibility and payment options in our Plus subscription. You may even notice a refreshed logo along the way. For affiliates and partners, we’re invested in you too. We want to bring you better data, tools, and earning opportunities. For designers, we want to empower you to do your best work and have more opportunities to grow your audience and earn money on the platform. We’ll experiment more, test new ideas, and explore new ways to improve sales events. You’ll start to see some of this take shape this week. If you’d like to share feedback, you can always find me at chris@designbundles.net. I can’t respond to every message, so if you have a support need, our Customer Support team is still the best place to reach out. For our designers and affiliates, we are hosting a Community Town Hall. We hope you’ll join! Dates and attendance details will follow in the coming weeks. Our team is growing and they are unbelievably dedicated. We spend every moment thinking about how we can make Design Bundles the absolute best destination for creative content. We are grateful for this community and we can’t wait to show you the progress. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
