Pueblo's police chief says[homeless people are coming to Colorado to get marijuana.]( He disputed a recent [study by Colorado State University-Pueblo's Institute of Cannabis Research](, saying it did not include the information he has had relayed pertaining to homelessness and poverty.
Marijuana mogulâs home outside Aspen will be exempt [from judgeâs asset freeze.]( The SEC sued Jeffrey Friedland last week in the U.S. Court of Denver on securities-fraud allegations that he was paid by a marijuana-based pharmaceutical company to tout its stock through blogs, media interviews and other mediums without disclosing that association.

A patient-focused report that [grades medical marijuana programs]( says that none of the state medical marijuana laws adopted thus far in the U.S. can be considered ideal from a patientâs standpoint. Of the 46 states and three U.S. territories with some form of a medical marijuana program â covering about 95 percent of the countryâs population â none received an âAâ grade.
