Because of the ACA, millions of Americans have access to quality, affordable health care, and since President Biden took office, he’s taken steps to strengthen the ACA -- like fixing the “family glitch,” which would save hundreds of thousands of families hundreds of dollars a month. Democrats believe that health care is a right, not a privilege, which is why the Biden-Harris administration will continue to fight for improved health care coverage. President Biden and his administration are taking action to expand Americans’ options for affordable fuel in the short term, authorizing the largest-ever release of oil reserves in coordination with our allies and partners and expanding access to higher ethanol blend gasoline. This rule will make it illegal for businesses to manufacture these ghost gun kits without a serial number and require commercial sellers to become licensed dealers and to perform a background check prior to a sale. It’s necessary action like this that will help keep us and our communities safe.
