I’m proud of all that we’ve been able to accomplish in the past four years. Now, let’s make sure our party is built to last. [Democrats][Join us.] A lot of people have been asking what I’m planning to do now that I’ve finished my term as DNC chair. The truth is, I’m mostly not sure -- but here’s one thing I know I’m doing: I’m starting a monthly donation to the DNC. And in a moment, I’m going to ask you to do the same. Here’s why: A critical piece of the DNC’s success last cycle was thanks to our monthly donor program. I mean it: Whether folks chipped in $5 a month or $7 a month, that regular support made it possible for us to project exactly what resources we could rely on in the years, months, and weeks leading up to Election Day. That confidence meant we could take on large-scale, impactful infrastructure projects -- ones that took years to complete but really moved the needle at the ballot box. Now, as our party prepares to build on our slim Congressional majorities, fend off relentless attacks from the GOP, and work in lockstep with President Biden and Vice President Harris to achieve their bold agenda, it is more essential than ever that the DNC is firing on all cylinders. That means we must proactively fortify and expand our existing campaign programs -- and a sustaining donation started today will prove crucial in making that possible. Can I count on you to join me by starting a sustaining donation to the DNC today? Any amount you’re able to contribute will go a long way in building upon the progress we’ve made over the past four years and positioning Democrats for success in elections to come. [DONATE MONTHLY]( Our party has never been stronger, but we cannot get complacent. If we don’t act now, Democrats are at risk of losing Congressional control in 2022 and the GOP will use every ounce of their political power at the state and local level to block any progress from the Biden-Harris administration. [Help ensure our party is built to last and start a monthly contribution to the DNC today. There’s still so much work to be done, but with your support, Democrats nationwide will have the party infrastructure needed to be competitive -- and win.]( In unity, Tom Tom Perez Former DNC Chair P.S. I could not be more excited about the DNC’s next chapter. Jaime Harrison and I share the same core belief that Democrats win when our party invests in every state, city, and ZIP code -- and if you share that belief, I hope you’ll [start a monthly contribution to the DNC today.]( If you no longer wish to receive emails from the DNC, [submit this form to unsubscribe](.
