We all need to tell our senators to reject any nominee who won't uphold our Constitution and our basic human rights, and who would vote to overturn Roe v. Wade -- and we need to do it now. [Democrats][Join us.] Friend -- Last week, Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement, setting up Donald Trump to make his second appointment to the nation's highest court -- and creating an existential threat to the precedent set by Roe v. Wade that a woman has a constitutionally protected right to an abortion. If Trump fills the vacancy with an extreme conservative, it will solidify a conservative majority on the Supreme Court for generations to come -- and Roe will likely be overturned.
