Trump created this horrific crisis, and the trauma he inflicted upon thousands of children and families will not soon be forgotten. My district in Arizona spans hundreds of miles along our southern border -- and what we have seen unfold there over the past several weeks is unthinkable. Trump created this horrific crisis by implementing his zero-tolerance policy, and the trauma he inflicted upon thousands of children and families will not soon be forgotten. He is using children as bargaining chips to push through his other draconian immigration policies. On Saturday there were nationwide protests to oppose Trump's separation of families, and last week a federal judge ordered the reunification of families within 30 days. We must demand that the Trump administration immediately end its zero-tolerance policy and begin the process of reuniting children with their parents. Add your name if you agree. [I'M IN]( The family-separation policy at the border was fueled by hatred, bigotry, and fearmongering. It is outrageous that Trump is exploiting children by tearing them apart from their parents -- all in an attempt to get his border wall built. No more lies. No more jeopardizing the lives of children. For our nation's sake and for the sake of these children, we need immediate action to bring these families back together. [Tell the Trump administration to reunite the families who they separated at the border.]( We must bring an end to this cruelty at our border -- it will only happen if we stand together and demand it.
