Everything we do right now makes an impact. When you donate a few days or a few weeks before Electio

Everything we do right now makes an impact. [Democrats][Join us.] As the DNC’s Grassroots Fundraising Director, I spend a lot of time looking at how money comes in. So, after several election cycles at the DNC watching the same pattern play out, I’m very familiar with the “good, better, best” scenario showing the impact of a contribution from a supporter like you. Here's what I mean: [Good, Better, Best Scenario]( [PITCH IN NOW]( When you donate a few days or a few weeks before Election Day, that’s good! We’re able to put last-minute contributions to work in expanding our voter outreach efforts in the final stretch before Election Day. But to be completely honest with you, every time I see those contributions come in, it always leaves me wondering, “How much more could we have done with that donation if we got it a few months ago?" That’s because contributions made with months to go until Election Day are even better. They help fund the early organizing, voter protection and state party programs -- laying a really important foundation for Democrats to ultimately win. Early investments in our work make all the difference. In 2020, Joe Biden won by just a 45,000-vote margin across just three states. Think about that for a second. That means everything we did in 2020 had a major impact. Every voter we reached, everything we did to protect the right to vote -- all of those efforts made a difference in a race that close. This year, we have to be prepared for the same razor-thin margin. With that in mind, everything we do right now makes an impact. In these months before Election Day, we need to get in touch with as many voters as possible, make sure Democrats’ message is resonating with people all over the country, ensure that our state parties have the infrastructure they’ll need to scale up their work as Election Day draws closer, and that our voter protection programs are strong long before folks cast ballots. By pitching in now, you’ll make all of this work possible, and you’ll help make sure Democrats are in the strongest possible position as November draws closer and closer. [That’s why I’m asking: Will you make your first contribution this year to support the DNC?]( Your support means so much.
