Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine, rejecting a baseless attempt to overturn the FDA’s approval of mifepristone, one of the two drugs most commonly used for medicated abortion. But the fact that this meritless case got so far in the first place shows just how determined the far right is to rip away our freedoms. And the Court ruled on a procedural issue, not the substance — potentially leaving the door open to future challenges. Think of it as a yellow light, not a red light.
