Critical Update from CNBC: Supreme Court conservatives look ready to gut Roe v. Wade during argument

Critical Update from CNBC: Supreme Court conservatives look ready to gut Roe v. Wade during arguments in Mississippi abortion case {NAME}, this is ALARMING! We could be looking at the end of Roe v. Wade and major new restrictions on abortion access in America. If Roe v. Wade is overturned, 21 states already have laws in place that would essentially BAN or severely restrict abortion – and Republican governors and state legislators are working right now to increase that number. While Democrats in the House and the Biden administration are doing all they can to protect reproductive rights and codify Roe v. Wade into federal law, we can’t win without top grassroots Democrats like you on our side, speaking out against the GOP’s dangerous plans. [Add my name to protect Roe v. Wade!]( {NAME}, this is the biggest attack on reproductive rights in decades. But the Supreme Court has yet to rule, so there's still time to make our voices heard. Republicans want to make health care decisions that should only be decided between a doctor and their patient. But the reality is that their far-right thinking ISN’T representative of America. 8 in 10 Americans agree that abortion should be legal. That’s a HUGE majority – but the Republican Party and the Trumpian Supreme Court continue to put our rights at risk. If they don’t uphold Roe v. Wade, the consequences will be devastating. That’s why we need to use this moment to build a large and outspoken opposition. {NAME}, we need 93 more NY signatures on our petition before midnight tonight, but it looks like yours is missing. Will you be one of the top grassroots Democrats in 10016 to demand the Court protect Roe v. Wade before it's too late? [Add my name!]( This email was sent to {EMAIL}.
