Dem AGs have stood will always stand with recipients of DACA [Democratic Attorneys General Association]( Republicans continue to attack the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program and are urging a federal judge to shut down the program. Dem AGs like Arizona AG Kris Mayes are committed to protecting DACA and are defending the program on DACA-recipients’ behalf. Chip in to help us elect more Dem AGs who will fight for immigrants’ rights. [DONATE $10]( {NAME}, The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program is an Obama-era policy that protected those who were brought to the U.S. as children. It has been the subject of vicious attacks from Republicans since its inception. In January, nine GOP AGs urged a federal judge to consider the program’s legality and to shut it down. But Democratic AGs are steadfast in protecting Dreamers and DACA-recipients’ rights. In a state that initially opposed DACA and tried to block it, newly sworn-in Arizona Dem AG Kris Mayes is now fighting back against GOP AGs to protect more than 30,000 DACA-recipients in her state. [Dem AGs have the power to step in and protect Dreamers, but they can’t perform their duties without support from people like you.
