We are the changemakers [Democratic Attorneys General Association]( {NAME}, I come from a family of changemakers. My father, inspired by Martin Luther King Jr., marched for justice in Selma, Alabama, and my mother stood with over 3,000 protesters to prevent riot police from unjustly evicting tenants in San Francisco. I ran for AG because of my family’s values, because I wanted to make change. My fellow Dem AGs feel the same way. They didn’t run for office to become career politicians, they ran to positively affect lives and it’s not hard to find examples. AG Dana Nessel (MI) took action against Michigan businesses who cheated employees out of pay and benefits. AG Josh Kaul (WI) implemented school programs and procedures to keep kids safe. And AG Aaron Ford (NV) secured almost $300 million in recoveries on behalf of Nevada consumers. Dem AGs are no strangers to making change. [Please, join me in supporting my colleagues across the country. The more Democratic AGs we elect, the more change we can create. We need more Dem AGs in office to halt abortion bans in states like Texas and Georgia, to protect elections from false claims of voter fraud, and to fight for common sense gun safety measures. [Chip in today to help us continue to create change and win in 2022.]( Best, Rob AG Rob Bonta Attorney General, California [Democratic Attorneys General Association] Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and with more than 30 AG seats up for grabs in 2022, [we need your support – will you chip in today?]( [CHIP IN]( If you’d like to receive less email from DAGA, fill out the form at this link and we’ll only send you the most important updates from the team.
