I joined DAGA for one of the most important sprints of our lifetime. {NAME}, I’m Peter Favret,

I joined DAGA for one of the most important sprints of our lifetime. [Democratic Attorneys General Association]( {NAME}, I’m Peter Favret, DAGA’s Digital Fundraising Manager. I’m a runner and I love long distance trots, so if anyone knows the value of pacing to the finish, it’s me. We’re in the race to protect Americans and our fundamental rights and freedoms – and Election Day is our finish line. [Dem AGs are fighting back against extremist Republicans. Chip in $10 today to help us keep up the pace as we get closer to Election Day.]( If the recent Dobbs ruling taught us anything, it’s that we can’t count on this Supreme Court to protect our rights, like access to abortion. That’s why at DAGA, we’re working hard to elect AGs who take action and protect Americans’ access to the reproductive healthcare they deserve. Take a look at the action Dem AGs in the wake of the Dobbs decision: - AG Tish James and AG Kathy Jennings have launched abortion hotlines to provide resources to patients looking for information on their rights. - AG Josh Kaul filed a lawsuit challenging Wisconsin’s centuries-old abortion ban. - AG Dana Nessel is refusing to enforce Michigan’s abortion ban and is a leading voice for MI’s ballot initaive to enshrine abortion rights in the state constitution. Dem AGs are the last line of defense against dangerous GOP policies. I’m thrilled to help build our grassroots fundraising efforts and create a movement dedicated to electing AGs who will protect our rights alongside people like you, {NAME}! [If you’re able, can you contribute today to our grassroots coalition of donors dedicated to electing Dem AGs who will fight back against extremist Republicans?]( If you've saved payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: [DONATE $5]( [DONATE $10]( [DONATE $25]( [DONATE $50]( It’s been great to meet you and I can’t wait to hit the ground running in September and October! Talk to you soon, Peter Peter Favret Digital Fundraising Manager Democratic Attorneys General Association [Democratic Attorneys General Association] Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and with more than 30 AG seats up for grabs in 2022, [we need your support – will you chip in today?]( [CHIP IN]( If you’d like to receive less email from DAGA, fill out the form at this link and we’ll only send you the most important updates from the team.
