Here’s what the situation looks like in Nevada. [Democratic Attorneys General Association] {NAME}, In our Battleground Focus series, we’re taking you on a tour of the country and the many races that we intend to win this year. Our next stop is the Silver State, Nevada, where our Co-Chair, Attorney General Aaron Ford is running for reelection in a hotly contested race. Nevada has been the home of some very close elections over the last few years. President Joe Biden won the state by barely 3% in 2020, and AG Ford won his 2018 race by less than 1% of the vote. We’re anticipating that this one is going to come down to the wire. [We need AG Ford in office because he’s a powerful pro-choice, pro-democracy champion that has shown up for us time and time again. You can help keep him there by chipping in $10 right now to support DAGA’s mission of electing and reelecting as many Dem AGs as we can in November.]( If you've saved payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: [DONATE $3]( [DONATE $5]( [DONATE $10]( [DONATE $25]( Since taking office in 2019, AG Ford has done so much to support his community: - Fought back against proponents of the Big Lie in Nevada and around the country during the aftermath of the 2020 election - Worked with a coalition of Democratic AGs fighting to protect the right to a safe and legal abortion - Helped pass multiple laws protecting Nevada consumers from scams and fraud, including cracking down on robocalls It’s grassroots support from this team that will end up making the difference in critical races like this one. We need you with us, {NAME}. [Help us keep Dem AGs like Aaron Ford in office by contributing to DAGA today.]( Thanks, Democratic Attorneys General Association [Democratic Attorneys General Association] Democratic AGs truly are “The People’s Lawyers” and DAGA is the only party committee devoted to electing more of them. Since 2016, we’ve won two-thirds of our targeted races, and with more than 30 AG seats up for grabs in 2022, [we need your support – will you chip in today?]( [CHIP IN]( If you’d like to receive less email from DAGA, fill out the form at this link and we’ll only send you the most important updates from the team.
