The Texas AG is under investigation for trying to overturn the election – but he didn’t act alone. [Democratic Attorneys General Association] {NAME}, indicted Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is under investigation again – this time by the State Bar of Texas, to determine if his efforts to overturn the presidential election constitute professional misconduct. AG Paxton spearheaded the dangerous, irresponsible legal challenge against President Biden’s victory in several swing states.
