Digital Roundtable: United States v. Rahimi

Just Majority is hosting a digital roundtable to discuss a case that threatens to overturn laws that bar gun ownership for people under domestic violence restraining orders. | [event flier ]( Next week, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in United States v. Rahimi, challenging the constitutionality of gun laws that prevent people under domestic violence restraining orders from owning guns.  Last term, the Court dramatically expanded gun rights, and courts across the country have struck down long standing gun safety legislation including laws that protect people who have experienced domestic violence.  Now the Supreme Court will weigh in on whether courts are right to strike down these and other laws.
