The Defend America’s Wildlife Campaign is back. Pitch in today to have your impact TRIPLED for imperiled wildlife! ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ [Gray Wolf Laying on Forest Floor © John Pitcher]( Defender, We need to wake up to what’s happening in Montana. The state just released its first draft wolf management plan in 20 years and it’s enough to give you nightmares! The proposals are downright scary: Longer, bloodier hunting seasons. Unlimited quotas and barbaric killing techniques. And up to 60% of the Montana’s wolves could be hunted down, trapped and killed in droves. These proposals aren’t grounded in science – they’re part of a senseless movement to reduce wolf populations to barely sustainable levels – or even lower. Defenders is raising the alarm about this outrageous plan, and we’re mobilizing our membership to put a stop to this new wave of violence! This is your chance to make a difference: Starting today, we're bringing back our [Defend America's Wildlife]( Campaign. It’s our biggest match of the year – and it’s your best opportunity to power life-saving efforts to protect our nation’s most vulnerable animals before it’s too late! [Stop the enemies of wild animals in their tracks! Right now, your gift goes 3X as far to build an emergency defense for wildlife, up to $150,000!]( Defender, the future of our wild world is being cut short. Grizzly bears and wolves are being targeted. Fossil fuel companies are invading habitat for endangered polar bears. The Endangered Species Act itself is under siege by extremists in Congress. I’m coming to you with a plea: Join us in defending vulnerable wildlife from these attacks, before we lose them forever! [I’LL GIVE TO DEFEND AMERICA’S WILDLIFE!]( We’re working tirelessly in communities, in court and on Capitol Hill to protect gray wolves and other vulnerable animals from being exploited and destroyed. This is vital work, but in the face of so many threats, our resources are being pushed to the limit. Every ounce of support you give helps us ensure we can be there for the animals who need us most! It’s up to us to ensure future generations can experience a world that’s still full of wildlife. Join us in fighting to protect our wild world by making your end-of-year gift right now! [Defend America’s Wildlife Campaign: Until December 31st, your gift goes 3X as far to make a powerful difference for wolves, polar bears, orcas and so many more animals!]( Thank you for your dedication to saving wildlife and wild places.
