24 hours left to have your gift 3X matched! ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ [Gray Wolf Pup © Lynn Bystrom]( Defender, We’re still reeling: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service recently DENIED vital life-saving protections to wolves under attack in the Northern Rockies. With the backing of our members, and against an uptick in anti-wolf attacks, we have been calling for an emergency listing of these wolves under the Endangered Species Act to save hundreds from being hunted and trapped each year. Sadly, the government chose to ignore the crisis wolves are facing in the Northern Rockies. And now it’s up to us to hold the line against a new wave of inhumane killing. [Our Earth Day match ends tomorrow. Help defend wolves and other wildlife by pitching in, and your donation will be 3x-matched up to $150,000!]( Defenders is on the ground right now fighting back against brutal state-level legislation and regulations aimed at killing even more wolves, such as expanded hunting and trapping seasons, unlimited quotas, and even bounties for dead wolves. We need your help to keep fighting these outrageous attacks! [Don’t forget to give before tomorrow’s deadline: Your gift will be matched 3x for Earth Day!]( We’ve worked so hard to see the dream of wolf recovery made a reality. It’s up to all of us to keep this dream alive. In this critical moment, we need to show that we’re not giving up on wolves. Time is of the essence – please pitch in with your Earth Day gift before tomorrow night! [GIVE TO SAVE WOLVES]( Thank you for all you do to protect the animals that need our help.
