It’s overwhelming when you zoom out. What people seem to forget is how powerful it is to show up - it’s a conscious intention to stand up, put one foot in front of the other and say, “Okay, I’m here, I want change… what’s the next step?” Then you take it moment by moment, day by day, step by step, and at some point you look back and see how much terrain you’ve covered and how much brighter it is where you are, even if you’re still on the way to your goal.
