Wade was overturned, the Supreme Court made it clear that marriage equality was on the chopping block next. That’s why I’m so proud that both chambers of Congress have passed the Respect for Marriage Act! This historic landmark bill, which is now headed to the President’s desk, will protect LGBTQ+ individuals’ right to get married. A true triumph for so many of our friends, neighbors and family.
