How can you start to make your customers feel âhappyâ? If you are an e-commerce company, maybe send them something goofy with every shipment or a handwritten note. Or, how can you make your customer feel âincludedâ? Maybe start a customer slack to share updates and get ideas or have meet ups for your customers. Or, how can you make your customers feel surprised? Maybe have your team call a few customers on their birthdays and sing âHappy Birthday!â ð And, if all that sounds like a little too much, well maybe the thing is to just be authentic in all that you do and always do what you say.
