Let me tell you about Stacey K… Like so many others in early 2020, Stacey had to put her professional life on pause to help her kids navigate through their new online learning environment. While she too could have transitioned from the corporate office to the home office, Stacey found the responsibility of keeping her first and third graders on task to be enough. She took an unpaid leave of absence to take care of what mattered in life. But that left her with two problems. First, a sizeable portion of the household income vanished. Second, without her workplace community and the challenges of her job, Stacey felt professionally unfulfilled. Thankfully, it did not take long before Stacey and I connected. She was looking for an opportunity to fill those gaps while still caring for her family. She came to the right place! Stacey was not exactly a novice trader. She had tried her hand at self-guided trading multiple times in the past but had not found consistent success. She rightly expressed to me that it was just as easy to stumble into a good position as it was a bad position, the only difference being that her account would become much lighter after those ‘accidental’ losses. I pried a little on that point, figuring that Stacey’s problem was not about her exit strategy, but about identifying the right entry opportunity. Looking for the cause, not the symptom. Stacey agreed to learn my Bread and Butter Strategy, started trading small amounts and built consistency into her trading. She later told me that learning a solid strategy cut her learning curve to profitability. A year later, while the kids have since gone back in school, Stacey decided to make her leave of absence more permanent. She saw the power of trading with a single focused strategy and never looked back! Way to go Stacey! Here’s your opportunity to learn about the Bread and Butter Strategy. I will be hosting an introductory webinar to my Bread and Butter Strategy on October 19 at 8 pm (ET). The Bread and Butter Strategy is my core methodology for consistent results trading SPY options.
