[The watch covers 33 counties]( including Collin, Dallas, Denton, Tarrant and Rockwall. It will expire at 10 p.m. A watch means conditions are favorable for tornadoes to form, while a warning means a tornado is currently happening. From 4 to 11 p.m., there is also a slight risk for isolated to scattered storms in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with an increased risk for severe storms in cities to the north.
