The city isn’t yet releasing details about the planned project. However, a recent sale of 100 acres of land along the Dallas North Tollway says it is to “commence construction of the theme park,” according to legal documents. The vacant land at the northeast corner of the tollway and Panther Creek Parkway was acquired by a newly organized Delaware-based shell company, FTNV Corp.
