Don Huffines on Saturday accused Gov. Greg Abbott of being a Republican in name only who has failed to secure the state’s border with Mexico, mishandled the pandemic crisis and watched helplessly as the electrical grid nearly collapsed. Mingo was booked into jail in connection with the crime. His bail was set at $25,000, which police say he already posted and has since been released from custody.
