Greg Abbott issued last week. This goes for restaurants and bars where masks have been required when not consuming food or drinks, and where spaced out tables and plexiglass dividers have become commonplace. While dining out and gathering at bars like it’s January 2020 will technically be permissible, it’s likely to be a while before that truly becomes the norm again.
