(Vernon Bryant / Staff Photographer) EDUCATION [Tarrant County schools to be virtual only through most of September]( Texas educators are scrambling to adjust back-to-school plans with some Tarrant County districts learning they can’t open campuses until Sept. 28. Tarrant County public health officials on Tuesday ordered schools in that county to delay in-person classes until six weeks into the new school year because of COVID-19. That would prevent students from congregating on campuses until several weeks after the Labor Day holiday, which has the potential for large gatherings.
