Lee / Staff Photographer) CRIME AND COURTS [Ad agency responsible for gun group’s NRA TV sues one of its own, former Ch. 5 reporter Grant Stinchfield]( The ad agency once responsible for the National Rifle Association’s online streaming channel is now going after one of NRA TV’s former hosts – [one-time KXAS-TV (NBC5) reporter-turned-unsuccessful Congressional candidate Grant Stinchfield.]( Ackerman McQueen is already tied up in litigation with the NRA over numerous issues, including allegations of overbilling and fraud, as well as countless personal grievances. This new suit, filed Friday in Dallas federal court, is just one more court case involving the NRA, which has spent most of this year entangled in battles being waged at the courthouse, the New York attorney general’s office and in its own boardrooms. Also: The body of a woman found in an alley Sunday was identified as a 23-year-old woman who was reported missing last week, [and her brother is accused of killing her.]( And: Grand Prairie police [are investigating after what they called a "non-accidental" death]( of a 7-week-old infant. ADVERTISEMENT  SPORTS [Jason Garrett’s resume is filled with big-game losses late in the year. Sunday at Philly was the worst one yet]( columnist Tim Cowlishaw: When the Cowboys left Oxnard four months ago, they believed they had a roster filled with the kind of talent that would carry them to the NFC Championship Game and possibly beyond. When they lost control of their destiny Sunday and assured themselves of nothing better than a .500 season, all their points were scored by Kai Forbath. Think about that for a moment. Against a team that surrendered 38 points to Minnesota, 37 to these same Cowboys and another 37 to (oops) the Miami Dolphins, the Eagles put the clampdown on Dallas with a 17-9 victory at the Linc. Then in the 1980s, the area began to evolve into a collection of entertainment venues, artists’ enclaves and loft housing.
