Robinson / Staff Photographer) CRIME [Former Dallas City Council member Kevin Felder indicted over scooter collision]( Former Dallas City Council member Kevin Felder was [indicted by a Dallas County grand jury Thursday]( morning for allegedly failing to stop and render aid after hitting a motorized scooter rider near Fair Park in February. Also: The CEO of the company that owns the nationally syndicated Kidd Kraddick Morning Show has been [accused of sexually abusing a child]( according to his attorney. And: A 20-year-old man [whose burned body was found in a field Dec. 10]( in east Oak Cliff was kidnapped and then murdered, Dallas police said.
