Gonzalez/Staff Photographer) FINALLY [4 months after deadly Dallas crane collapse, residents can reclaim their cars today]( Residents forced to evacuate an Old East Dallas apartment building after it was struck by a construction crane will begin reclaiming their vehicles next week after months of waiting. A June 9 storm sent the crane careening into the Elan City Lights apartments, in the 2600 block of Live Oak Street, killing 29-year-old resident Kiersten Smith, injuring five others and displacing hundreds of residents.
