[Jesuit Prep sued over alleged sex abuse by priest on list of ‘credibly accused'](
Three months after members of the Dallas Jesuit community were named on a list of clergy "credibly accused" of sexual abuse of a minor, a lawsuit has been filed by a former student at Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas.
The suit claims Donald Dickerson, a former Jesuit priest, sexually assaulted the student in the late 1970s. Dickerson was one of 11 men who previously worked at Dallas Jesuit included on a list released by the Jesuits in December of clergy members "credibly accused" of sexual abuse of a minor.
[Dickerson was removed from the Jesuit order in 1986 and died in 2018.](

[Uptown Dallas apartment tower opens its doors at the $350 million Union project](
The third and final phase of Uptown Dallas' $350 million Union high-rise complex is opening its doors after almost two years of construction.
StreetLights Residential's Christopher apartment tower will join an office high-rise and shopping center in the mixed-use project at Cedar Springs Road and Field Street just north of downtown.
The 23-story apartment project is the third Uptown high-rise project by Dallas-based StreetLights.
[Monthly rents for a unit in the building start at more than $2,100 a month.](
Proxy watch: [AT&T paid $9 million]( in bonuses to the executives who closed its Time Warner deal.
Also: Walmart is ending its ['savings catcher,']( saying its prices are the lowest the 'vast majority of the time.'
TEXAS LEGISLATURE
[Texas House abandons plan to give teachers merit-based raises](
A Texas House committee on Tuesday delivered a blow to proponents of giving teachers raises based on merit.
The author of the leading House bill to overhaul public school education across Texas struck a controversial plan to create a $140 million program that offered raises to only top-rated teachers.
[Instead, that money will be funneled toward schools with the highest percentages of low-income students]( to give teachers incentives to work at the toughest campuses. Districts would be able to lure top teachers to the poorest schools with more money, under a program modeled after Dallas ISD's pilot.
Also: Facebook says it flagged the Texas GOP's anti-abortion post because [it was 'clickbait.](
Come and drink it: The House moved forward a bill to legalize [lemonade stands]( in Texas.

[Cowboys agree to one-year deal with ex-Packers wide receiver Randall Cobb](
The Dallas Cowboys have made another free agency splash.
On Tuesday, Dallas came to an agreement with former Green Bay Packers wide receiver Randall Cobb on a one-year contract. The team announced the deal Tuesday afternoon.
[Cobb posted a career-high 1,287 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns]( in 2014 with Green Bay. He then signed a four-year, $40 million extension with the Packers and his production has gone down nearly every season.
