In a back room, wall-mounted racks display crisp boxes full of cards awaiting autographs, addressed to Patrick Mahomes and Allen Iverson. Despite a headquarters in Italy, overseas printing facilities and a host of other stations around the world, these offices in unassuming Irving industrial parks manage all of Panini’s global trading card operations.
