(Anja Schlein / Special Contributor) [BNSF sues Gunter, setting up legal battle for logistics center]( BNSF Railway has filed a lawsuit against the City of Gunter in a fight for its 900-acre North Dallas Logistics Center. [The Fort Worth-based railroad company]( has been eyeing a logistics center in Gunter for the past year. But Gunter’s newly elected city council has recently begun fighting back against the development. BNSF is now turning to Grayson County courts to force Gunter to approve a previously denied plat application.
