Pool / Staff Photographer) [Severe weather hits Texas; NWS issues thunderstorm watch for Dallas, Tarrant counties]( Severe weather is possible in North Texas starting Monday, with a cold front expected to bring colder conditions to the region this week, according to the National Weather Service in Fort Worth. [Storms, which will develop west]( of the Interstate 35 corridor, could start impacting the Dallas-Fort Worth area in the early evening hours, said weather service meteorologist Steve Fano. A tornado watch was in effect until 9 p.m. for several counties in and around North Texas, including Denton and Wise counties.
