Record Dow, but when is stimulus coming?

The Dow Jones closed at a record high yesterday, as stocks surged on anticipation of the new stimulus package. But how soon those checks arrive and who all is eligible to receive them is still anybody's guess. Our advice: stop waiting for the government to help you and help yourself instead!
