Inflexible Judgments Pisces Horoscope February 23, 2019 You may be feeling judgmental today, which could find you feeling disapproval toward those whose beliefs differ from your own. Being inflexible in your personal beliefs leaves little room for a higher power or intelligence in your life or in the universe. It has often been said that while you point your finger at someone else, you have three fingers pointing back at you. This illustrates the concept that we are often the most judgmental when we see a reflection of ourselves in others that we don\'t want to acknowledge. Inflexibility also leaves little space for growth or connection, and you can become very lonely. Though you may be feeling judgmental and disapproving today, you can leave the judgment to others and invest your energy into your own life. When we can accept that we don\'t know everything, and there is much in the world that we don\'t have any knowledge of, we open ourselves up to learning and understanding. If we take the time to see it, we may find that people aren\'t very different no matter what part of the world they come from. At our core, we are family, all sharing the same home. We can try to isolate ourselves, but humans do better in communities. Today\'s communications technology allows us to see immediately that what happens in one part of the world affects the rest. Being inflexible ultimately will not help you thrive or survive, but being willing to reach out and try to understand each other today can create connection and a world of peace. [PRINT]( [SAVE]( [DISCUSS]( --------------------------------------------------------------- DailyOM Course Spotlight [Heal Subconscious Blocks to Weight Loss]( by Sandy Zeldes Achieving an ideal weight shouldn't be about diets and deprivation, but about an inner knowing of what to eat and when, and letting go of anything that holds you back from being able to do that. Even if you consider yourself a health conscious, spiritual person, you may still be struggling with emotional eating and constant food cravings. There are many unconscious dietary, lifestyle and emotional causes for weight gain, ranging from food habits to emotional stress, negative beliefs, trauma, and patterns picked up from childhood and throughout our lives that inform our behaviors. When we heal the underlying unconscious causes to the issue, we free ourselves from the struggle with weight and our health. This course gives you simple but powerful nutrition, lifestyle and energy clearing tools to make weight loss, and creating a lifestyle that supports it, easier to achieve.
