[Yes, He Is](   [No, He Is Not](     Most Important Election News   Former U.S. President Donald Trump has filed a motion to disqualify U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan from presiding over one of the criminal cases against him. Trump is accused of trying to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.   Trump's lawyers argue that Chutkan's prior statements about the January 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol raise questions about her impartiality in the case. In particular, they cite a remark Chutkan made at a 2022 sentencing hearing for a Capitol riot defendant, in which she suggested that the rioter was motivated by "blind loyalty to one person who, by the way, remains free to this day."   Trump's lawyers argue that this comment indicates Chutkan's belief that Trump "should be prosecuted and imprisoned."
