Kemp stated on X, previously known as Twitter, that the 2020 Georgia election was legitimate. He emphasized that for almost three years, no one has been able to present any concrete evidence of fraud that would stand up in court. Kemp assured that Georgia's elections are secure, accessible, and fair, vowing to maintain their integrity during his tenure as governor. He urged everyone to focus on the upcoming 2024 elections.  On the other hand, Trump announced his intentions to unveil a comprehensive report next week, which he claims will provide irrefutable evidence of election fraud. He plans to present this report at a press conference in Bedminster, New Jersey. Trump asserts that the findings of this report should lead to the dismissal of all charges against him and 18 other individuals in Georgia. He criticized the authorities for not pursuing those who allegedly rigged the election but instead targeting those who sought to expose them.  In response to Trump's claims, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis recently released a 98-page indictment. This document charges Trump and 18 others for their alleged roles in attempting to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia. Trump is facing 13 different charges, which include making false statements, impersonating a public officer, conspiracy, and racketeering.
