James Small, rugby legend, dies

[Help a friend procrastinate at work.]( [Daily Maverick] Wednesday, 10 July 2019 [Former Springbok James Small dies]( Legendary Springbok wing and Jonah Lomu's living nightmare, James Small has died. Aged 50, Small is believed to have suffered a heart attack today while on the way to visit his daughter. Small had played 47 tests for the Springboks, including his crucial role in winning the 1995 Rugby World Cup. [ANC vote in Tshwane budget, not much else]( The ANC in Tshwane has voted in the region's budget, but reiterated it would not be cosying up to the DA or EFF. With Darroch gone, full attention might now be focused on identifying just how diplomatic cables got leaked in the first place. [Merkel seen shaking a third time]( German Chancellor Angela Merkel has had a recent spate of episodes where she has been seen visibly shaking. With it dismissed initially as dehydration and Europe's summer heat, Merkel appeared to be shaking while meeting with Finland's prime minister today.
