Sixty-four-year-old Britta Nielsen allegedly stole 15-million euros in state funds meant for the disadvantaged. Whether Nielsen will be extradited, however, remains unknown. [Cooler weather to help end Cape fires]( The Southern Cape's numerous wildfires may soon peter out as cooler weather and a spot of rain emerged in the area. Hundreds of fire fighters had been battling blazes in the Southern Cape for almost two weeks, with many communities relocated.
