Zimbabwe opposition face arrest and legal challenge

The MDC's legal head accused Zanu-PF of stealing the election via "mammoth theft and fraud". The opposition has until Friday to file a challenge, with the Constitutional Court to rule within 14 days. [Tendai Biti detained at border]( MDC-Alliance co-leader Tendai Biti has been confirmed to have been arrested at the Zambian border. Biti's mother had experienced intimidation at her house in Zimbabwe, sparking fears of persecution for the MDC politician. Zimbabwean border authorities, it seems, agree. [Major flaw discovered in WhatsApp]( An Israeli security firm has identified a major flaw that allows for the sending of fake messages by hackers. WhatsApp has dismissed the report, stating "this claim has nothing to do with the security of end-to-end encryption, which ensures only the sender and recipient can read messages sent on WhatsApp". Neither statement, however, will protect you from the barrage of memes your friends will send. [Portugal braces for Algarve wildfire]( Portuguese fire fighters have scaled up their efforts to fight rampaging wildfires approaching Monchique, a seaside resort on the Algarve.
