[Bodies strewn down Toronto street](
At least 10 people have been killed and 15 injured after a van ploughed through pedestrians in northern Toronto. [Joyce Banda to return to Malawi](
Former Malawian president Joyce Banda will return to her country. Banda had fled Malawi in a self-imposed exile after corruption charges were laid against her. [Arizona to be Democrats' unlikely battlefield](
A congressional election in Arizona would normally have been a non-contest for the dominant Republican state. But on Tuesday, Democrats appeared to be putting major effort into attempting to flip the red state, leveraging historic levels of unpopularity against President Donald Trump. The candidates are seeking to reportedly replace Congressman Trent Franks, who vacated his post after offering a staffer $5-million to be his baby's surrogate.
